👨🔧 Return Window & Conditions
- We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your alabaster light fixtures.
- Products must be:
- In new, unused condition
- In original packaging
- Not installed
⚠️ Installed or used products cannot be returned.
- Our return warehouse is located in China. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
🔧 What’s Covered
- All alabaster light fixtures (excluding bulbs) are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
- Customized items are not eligible for return, unless there’s a verified manufacturer defect.

📸 Important: If your product arrives defective or damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos/videos to verify the issue.
📝 Example: Change of Mind
If you purchased an alabaster light fixtures for $500 and changed your mind, you can return it at your cost. After we receive and inspect the product, you’ll receive a full $500 refund (shipping not included).
👉 How to Return
Step 1: Contact Us
Reply to your order confirmation email and let us know what you want to return, why, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement.
Step 2: Pack the Product
Repack the item securely in the original packaging, including all protective material.
Step 3: Ship It Back
Use any trackable carrier. Please photograph the inside and outside of the package, as well as the return receipt and tracking number, and send them to fallsshu@gmail.com.
🔒 We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance in case of return transit damage.
💸 Refund Process
- Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
- If the returned item is damaged or used, we cannot process the refund.
- Credit card refunds may take up to 30 days depending on your bank.
🔄 Exchanges
Want to exchange your alabaster light fixtures for a different one?
- Place a new order.
- Return the original product for a refund (as outlined above).
- Note: Customized items cannot be exchanged.
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
- Customized products (non-default sizes, finishes, or special orders)
- Items labeled “Made to Order,” “Final Sale,” or “Discontinued”
- Products that have already been installed or used
- Items returned in damaged or unsellable condition
❌ Order Cancellations
- Customized items cannot be canceled once placed.
- Non-custom orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for free.
- After 24 hours but before shipping, cancellations incur a $50 processing fee.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
